We recently moved into a new house. Well our buddy accidentally let Molly out. She was in heat and had been out all night. ( We didnt notice she was out until the next morning) Well when we found her, there was a large male running away. We thought sued goten pregnant because over the next four weeks, she only slept and never went back into heat. Her belly even bagan to swell a little. Well Tuesday evening she began “contracting” and bleeding.. We thought she was miscarrying. Took her to the vet the next morning. She was still bleeding. Vet said she was not pregnant. Feline leukemia test was negative. But she was extremely anemic. Dr gave her a vitamin K & b-12 shot and sent us home w.doxycycline? Antibiotic. Said hed really like to remove her uterus but she wouldnt survive the surgery wuth how sick she is.
It is now Sunday and she is no longer bleeding but is still sleeping constantly and will not eat. We’ve been giving her the anti biotics twice daily as directed. Her ears are still yellow and gums r white.
If any of you have advice or know what is wrong please help us. Miss Molly is very sick and we cannot afford to take uer back to the vet.

My best advice to give you is to take your cat back to the veterinarian’s office and see what they say about this matter.
