I’m thinking fo getting a Boston Terrier this Summer, but I have 2 Manx Cats. The Manx cat, I know, is a very dog-like breed of cat, so they should be okay right?

If you are getting a puppy, it will be much easier than getting an older dog. Boston’s generally do not have high prey drive so ‘should’ get along with cats if introduced early-say 8 weeks or so. Keep the pup separate from the cats when you cannot supervise until he is larger and you know you can trust them together,
You can use the clicker to help the cats get used to the dog and vice versa. Check out www.clickertraining.com and www.clickersolutions.com for ideas.
