I’ve been thinking about getting a female bombay kitten and a male siamese kitten, and I want to raise them together to try and prevent them from fighting when they get older. I also want to spay and neuter them. I wanted to know if they would still fight even if I raised them together since they were kittens.

If you neuter the male that would kill off most of his fighting instinct, and spaying the female is obviously good too. But you are thinking of two breeds that both demand a lot of attention from humans, and jealousy could well lead to fighting. If you want more than one cat try a domestic tabby (there are some beautiful colours) or just have one cat of oriental breed.
