I recently rescued a kitten from a stray. The mom is a black and white domestic long hair. I believe the dad was siamese or at least part. I have seen one in the neighborhood with a collar. The kitten looks like a color point lynx short hair with blue eyes. Her ears have darkened as she has gotten older in the past month. Her tail is striped and greyish same as the points

Well highly unlikely the father was “Siamese”. Only 3% of cats are a particular breed and pedigreed kittens tend to be sold ALTERED. So what’s the likelihood of an unaltered Siamese roaming your streets? You’d probably have better luck finding a unicorn.
There’s MILLIONS of cats of no particular breed with pointed markings. This doesn’t make them Siamese, Ragdoll, Himalayan, Balinese or any other pointed breed.
If this kitten has tabby markings on the points and the colour in the points is dark brown then she’d be Seal Lynx Point. Dark gray, Blue Lynx Point. Light brown, Chocolate Lynx Point.
