She is a 4 year old natural mink Tonkinese. She has produced a couple of litters and has been subsequently spayed.

Hard to say. She’s done with her showing and breeding life, so the cost should be substantially less than a younger show quality cat that could still be bred. But she is a purebred. I would say $ 200-300 would be reasonable, but it comes down to what the breeder is asking and what you are willing to pay, as it is with most private party pet sales.
