I had a himalayan for 18 years. It’s been two years since my poor cat passed away. Now i am thinking about getting another one. The place where i had gotten my first cat from went out of business, so noow i need a nice, clean, reputable place in which i can buy/adopt a new himalayan. Thank you.

I would suggest going to the various shelters that there are in the NY area, that is unless you are set on only getting a kitten.
This way if you find a himalayan cat there you are saving it, it will be healthy, up to date on shots and fixed. Ready to give you all it’s love as thanks.
Try also the following Rescue center:
Paws of Gold Feline Rescue
Catchment area: Northeastern USA
Address: PO Box 561, Greenfield Center, NY 12833
Phone: (585) 786-8777
Contact: Clarie Harrington
Phone: (206) 782-2616
Otherwise do a Google search and you will find a whole list of cat breeders that would be happy to sell you a purebred for $ 650 or so,
